You might want to look at something like WORKetc. It has an activity stream for each contact that records interactions you’ve had with that contact — a project, a task, an email, a support case, a bill, or what have you. It has a CRM and sales component, but it also includes project management, quotes, billing, and customer support. Since you mentioned services at a customer’s location, their mobile apps could also prove useful.
Xero and WorkEtc! Xero i think speaks for itself and there are alot of people already putting in a good word for it.
WorkEtc for us is the best CRM software that integrates with Xero great! Together, they make a winning combination.
From a Leads to Sales to Project Management to Billing these two make it easy.
We have used a couple options in the past including CapsuleCRM + Xero. We use WorkETC and Xero now because we have project management and support needs and it has that in one place. You can do invoicing and such through the CRM but it’s not a full accounting package. All in all Xero is the way to go on the accounting side, look at their integration page and trial a couple CRM’s and your good to go.
