Also, worth considering whether you actually want a full SIEM implementation. You get more visibility, more security, but there’s more work and more maintenance to go into it. Something like Splunk might just do the job for you.

Splunk is great for application logging but as far as a security solution you need to purchase a lot of additional stuff to make it even worth while.

We are a non profit and splunk is just insanely expensive. I didnt want to put this in the main post but we have 3 splunk servers running because we keep hitting our limits with the free version.

GRIN games emerged
As a web agency we never could and never will be able to escape the urge of building things.
Among million other things we played with an idea of text-based games and the last piece that was missing
was the story itself. So via in-house outreach platform we found two
established writers that believed in the project and agreed to participate.
Shout out to Richard Abbott who wrote Fraud on Thetis and Eva Pohler who sent us a huge draft we are still reading through.
