I’m looking at infusionsoft and BPM online. However, my BPMonline demo was really awful. I don’t think it was the platform. I just had a new rep and he talked A LOT and mostly about things that wouldn’t be important to our business. He’s new and he’ll learn but it was over 2 hours of my life I can never get back and I’m no more knowledgeable about the system than before.
For what we sell we don’t have customer service software needs or operational needs… which is probably how we landed on infusionsoft of BPM online.
