If you use G Suite, Streak is awesome.
Streak is a free CRM which integrates directly into Gmail. You can create a customized workflow pipeline (I use, Pitches, In Progress, Submitted, Completed, and Needs Follow-Up) and attach emails and contacts to assignments.
Streak is free for a single user and not expensive compared to say Salesforce .
It works in Gmail so only good for Gmail or GSuite users. We’ve been using it at my agency for 5-years. Super easy to set up and use, yet very flexible and powerful if you need it to be.
I’ve tried quite a few and Streak is my fav as well. One of my fav things is the built in ‘Snippets’ which allow you to create email templates, so you know your team is consistent in messaging and saves a ton of time compared to copy & paste.
You might look at Streak as a chrome extension. It’ll track your deals, crm, and track opened emails so you’ll know if they’re being read. There is a free version, but i don’t think they do mass email. GMass is an extension that’ll do that for you.
If you’re using Gmail and don’t need anything overly complex, Streak is an awesome CRM. It lives inside your Gmail which is the best part.
Streak – excellent Gmail CRM extension
We use Streak CRM for client management. It allows us to keep track of leads, communications, projects, billing/fees, and do mail merge operations to bulk email clients’ updates.
To track the 105 businesses, I used Streak’s pipelines. I created a box for each of the businesses I contact in which I added the stage of the opportunity.
Seriously, Streak CRM made all the job much easier. I was also able to set up notifiers so as to follow-up the businesses after one week.
Check out Streak CRM. We use them and like them. Pretty simple and easily customizable and integrates right into Gmail.
Checkout Streak CRM. It is free and can be integrated with gmail. Very simple and basic but effective.
Try streak CRM. Its free and integrates with google email. You can set all kind of reminders. Hard to say if will meet all your requirements, but its free to try.

ep! Thanks! I actually tried it for awhile when it was in development. Im using Streak rn, it’s pretty swell, since it’s right inside the Gmail interface.. And since it’s a chrome extension, it syncs everything automatically… No extra add ons.
One seat is free, even after the trial you don’t lose much functionality
I use the Streak CRM plugin for Gmail to keep track of my volunteer recruitment process. It would be good for other needs like fundraising and lead tracking. No particular advice on accounting, though.
I don’t do sales as a primary job, so it might not meet all your needs, but I really like Streak. It’s a CRM integrated into your gmail.
Checkout Streak CRM. It tightly integrates with Gmail.
Would suggest NetHunt CRM. You can order leads and meeting in any fashion that you need. Plus, it’s cheaper than Streak.
If you use Gmail, there’s an add on called Streak CRM that will turn your inbox into a pipeline management tool.

GRIN games emerged
As a web agency we never could and never will be able to escape the urge of building things.
Among million other things we played with an idea of text-based games and the last piece that was missing was the story itself. So via in-house outreach platform we found two established writers that believed in the project and agreed to participate.

Once, we fell in love with ecommerce, because of short feedback cycles on marketing & development efforts.
Today we ship into production inhouse SaaS project - AVOKADO - the web app for learning languages with flash cards.
The year after we built it we realised how long is the road map ahead & what resources we'd need to promote it and decided to put it on hold.
One day as we ship GRIN tech v3.0 into production we'll distrupt the language learning market with Avokado.
We love Wordpress and recently shipped two plugins into open beta for commercial sale.
