I am using greenvelope.com. Checks all of your boxes! Although I think paperless post might as well. I decided between the two based on finding a design I loved on Greenvelope. I’m also using Zola as a wedding website.

I’m using Greenvelope. I liked their designs the best out of all the e-vite sites I checked out. You also get to track who opens and resend any unopened, so you know that each invite has been read. You can link to a wedding website from the e-vite, and do online rsvps. We even had a bunch of people rsvp after getting e-stds. Greenvelope also gives the option to export your customized invite in high res so you can download and print if you want to send any paper versions. We are going to send out 5 to older relatives that want a paper copy. The main thing I thought about when deciding paper vs. online- what did I do with paper invites when I received them? Threw them all out after a while… PM if you want a Greenvelope discount code- I have some to share!

We are also using Greenvelope, both for our wedding and our mehndi night a couple of days before. It has been a great experience and I wish we had known about Greenvelope when we sent our STDs (we used WithJoy and our experience was not so great). It was easy to add multiple members of each party, and plus ones for our single guests. Would absolutely recommend.

Myths: People won’t open the email, it doesn’t look professional, people aren’t going to take it seriously. When we sent out our save the dates, we got so much positive feedback — people of all generations and backgrounds LOVED it! The design and animation experience is like opening the fanciest email of your life. It worked beautifully on smartphones and web pages. Greenvelope has a feature where you can automatically resend mailings that haven’t been opened in 3 days. You can also track who’s opened it and who’s responded — which in AMAZING in identifying people we needed to nudge a little bit. I read somewhere that gmail users get Greenvelope mailings in their spam, but I did not experience this. Bottom line is that if people get an email about your wedding and they truly care about you and your marriage, they WILL be interested, and WILL open your email.

We used Greenvelope for all mailings, invitations, messaging, and thank – you notes. After going back and forth between Greenvelope and Paperless Post, we liked the designs (National Park inspired) on Greenvelope more. Their payment scale is based on your number of mailings and number of people you send to, but we chose to do a “bronze” membership plan. This allowed us, for $195 for the year, to send an unlimited amount of mailings for up to 250 people per mailing. Our guest count is 130 so our save the date and wedding invitation were definitely under that number. This also comes with (super helpful) customer service to help you figure out things. In total, we will be sending out about 10 mailings for various events related to the wedding, and already feel like we got our moneys’ worth. I want to mention I am not affiliated or hired by Greenvelope in any way, I truly think their services are some of the best out there. (however, I do have a $20 coupon for those who may want it lol)

Changelog – pre-ecosystem era

v0.1.8 Hound @ apps.the.gt – b2b prospecting platform

v0.1.8.1 Business directory – content experiment to support b2b prospecting platform.

v0.1.6 GRIN tech affiliate program is live.

v0.1.5.2 Working on cool in-house lead gen project - Art Director is preparing 100 picks of Business Cards in various niches.

v0.1.5.1 GRIN games emerged

As a web agency we never could and never will be able to escape the urge of building things.
Among million other things we played with an idea of text-based games and the last piece that was missing was the story itself. So via in-house outreach platform we found two established writers that believed in the project and agreed to participate.

Shout out to Richard Abbott who wrote Fraud on Thetis and Eva Pohler who sent us a huge draft we are still reading through.

v0.1.4 GRIN launcher is born.
It is an outreach platform that we use to establish connections with editorial teams.
They say samples of published articles look good but pricing looks even better

At some point we realised that list building, fetching contact details & outreach tech work just as well for b2b lead generation

v0.1.3 Once, we fell in love with ecommerce, because of short feedback cycles on marketing & development efforts.
Today we ship into production inhouse SaaS project - AVOKADO - the web app for learning languages with flash cards.

The year after we built it we realised how long is the road map ahead & what resources we'd need to promote it and decided to put it on hold.

One day as we ship GRIN tech v3.0 into production we'll distrupt the language learning market with Avokado.

We love Wordpress and recently shipped two plugins into open beta for commercial sale.

v0.1.2.2 King The Monk - wordpress plugin to virally grow your email list

v0.1.2.1 Plain Conversions - wordpress plugin to convert your visitors

v0.1.1. Expanded core offering to visual productions

v0.1 It's Autumn 2017 and GRIN tech agency's website is born.
We have it saved for the history.
